• Wi-Fi (without password)
• Use of the computer (Apple) in the library
• Only for the big apartment: autonomous use of the kitchen (price to be agreed upon)
• Car park in the garden (and in case in garage)
• Use of a tavern (12 seats) with wood heating and kitchen (separated from the house – price to be agreed upon)
• Rustic barbecue
• Daily cleaning (on demand, from € 10 to € 20 depending from the apartment)
• We do not have a children's cot at the moment
